Is my deposit refundable ?

Your deposit will be refunded if the charter is cancelled for any reason by our company (IE. weather, mechanical problems, illness, or other things beyond our control) 

How many days in advance can I cancel my trip?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your tour. Deposits are NOT refundable if the charter is cancelled by YOU less than 7 days prior to charter.

Do you provide services to cruise shippers?

Yes. Please provide travel details in the booking form. If you are a cruise shipper, and your ship doesn’t make it into port for any reason, we will refund your deposit!
